“Travel hotels” is a leading Israeli hotel chain specializing in traveling tourism, which has been operating since 2007 with offices in Haifa. The chain operates 8 sites throughout Israel through the management company “Tnuvot Shalom Ltd.”, and offers over 339 guest rooms and 60 camping tents in the camping complex in the Dafna Travel Camping.

The Technical Challenge
an advanced technological solution that will help travelers plan custom trips while combining hotel accommodation recommendations. The need was to create a solution that would allow customers to get personalized advice in real time.
The main thing was the technical challenge was to process and organize a huge amount of information that was spread across the company’s website in an unstructured way.
The information included:
- Various hiking trails throughout Israel
- Details about 8 different web hosting sites
- Information about recommended tourist attractions
- Descriptions of guest rooms and toilets
- Information about the camping and tent complex
- Local Recommendations and Detailed Tourist Information
The main technical challenge was to catalogue all this information and turn it into artificial intelligence that is able to provide accurate and personalized answers to travelers, while maintaining the level of professional recommendations of a real travel expert
